  • From our most recent experiences and with the flood of foreclosures on the market, the best advice we can give is for you to find a LOCAL lender who is knowledgeable and skilled who you and I both know and trust on a personal level. Though you may find it easier to find an online lender, I can promise you once the process gets started you will find that it may not be such an easy process as promised. You want a lender who is nearby who can see you as a real person rather than just an e-mail or a document sitting on their desk.
